Goodbye 2011!

A new year has begun! 2012, don't let me down! I was gonna write a big blog entry about the new year and about the past year, but I really can't think of anything to write. I'm not a good blog writer I guess. But I guess I'll try anyway..

2011 wasn't the best year, but it wasn't the worst either. A lot of things happened, some good, some bad. There were definitely some very stressful times, some sad times, some times I was so angry or just irritated I didn't know what to do with myself. But all that is in the past now. There's no changing it, so I'll try not to regret anything I've done, or something I should've done. Whatever happens, happens.

I just wish that you could have been home with me tonight. I don't want to start this year off badly, but I can't stand that you feel you need to be at their house. If you don't want to do something, no one should have the right to force you to do it. They are controlling, manipulating, irritating...

But you're an adult now. You can make your own decisions. They may not all be good ones, but you can still make them. I just hope that very soon, you'll have the courage to stand up for yourself, so you can be with your family on New Years.

Then again, I don't even know if that's what you want. Maybe you really want to hang out with them, I don't know.

Where's My Day Off? D:

My work has been super busy all week. It's insane, I don't think I have ever seen it this busy. I just want this week to be OVER. Oh well, I'm making money. Which is awesome. I was supposed to have Thursday off, but they called me in because this week has been so busy. So I've been working everyday since Monday. And I don't have a day off until Monday. Geeeeez.

But anyway, I hope everyone had a good holiday! Mine was alright. There was some stress involved, but it worked itself out. I spent the night at my sister's house. It was pretty interesting. XD

Kinda Busy Day

Today is kind of a busy day. I'm getting ready to go to a Christmas party at my grandparents. I'm starving, so I can't wait. :P

My Thanksgiving was wonderful. Went to my sister's, ate food, played with my nieces. It was fun. :)
My other sister will be home in about a week. Yayy! She might take me to get my first tattoo. I'm kind of excited, but kind of nervous too. I'm not very good with pain. @_@
And she might cut and dye my hair too! I would go to a professional and do it, but if she does is, it's free. :P
ALSO, my permit test is this Friday. At 3. I'm kind of nervous for this too. I hope I get it. :)

Rest in peace..

A graduate from my class was killed last night in a car accident. :(

Jordan, I know we didn't talk that much, but you were the funniest, sweetest guy ever. I remember walking into the IGA and you would never have a frown upon your face. Your death is taking a huge toll on, not just me, but everybody that knew you. Watch over all of us. You will always be loved, and never forgotten. And I'm sorry I couldn't go to your candle lighting thing today. You're still in my thoughts, along with Katie and your family and friends. <3

Rest in peace Jordan Cole.

More Hours!

I have been getting more hours at work lately. I have been working every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday for the past two or three weeks, I can't remember right now. We just fired some high schooler that only worked there for a month because he was lazy and stupid. And you can't be lazy and stupid at the job I work. Unless you're like me and you can control your laziness and stupidness when it needs to be controlled.

I am very tired right now but I don't want to go to bed yet. I got four hours of sleep last night. -__-
And I had to work tonight. Good thing it wasn't too busy.

I'm pretty sure "stupidness" isn't a word, but oh well. I still need to post a picture of my lip ring. Actually it's a lip stud, cause I didn't get a ring. I got a stud. But lip stud sounds dumb, so, lip ring. I've been lazy, I've already changed it so the rod thing is shorter so when I eat I don't bite on it and rip my face off.

I am Pierced! o.o

Yes, I got a piercing. It's my first one actually. :P
Yes, I am 19 years old, and I just got my first piercing. Stop it.
I got my lip pierced, on the left side. I'll post a picture sometime. When I'm not being lazy. :P
I've always wanted my lip pierced, so I was pumped when I could finally do it.

Dead Cars, New Kitty, And Hurricane Irene

Tonight I went to my sister's with my dad. We started to come home around 9:30, and we were doing good, until the headlights on the car started getting dimmer. And plus it was foggy outside, so it made things worse. The high beams were so dim that if you switched the car to low beam, there was nothing. And then, the car died completely.

So we called my sister and she brought booster cables and we let the battery charge for 20 minutes. We didn't even drive 5 minutes before the car died again. So my dad had my sister drive us home to get the battery out of his car, because even though the battery in the car is brand new, it's not good. So we got home with the battery from my dad's truck, at 12:30. *siiiiiiigh*

So I got a new kitty. :3 Her name is Myah and....
She might be pregnant. So yayyyy. Hahaha. We got her from my sister's house because she used to belong to my sister's fiancee's brother, but his wife threw her outside (she was an indoor cat) and she wouldn't eat because she was afraid of the other cats. So we found her at my sister's and you could feel her bones she was so skinny. So we brought her home. :)

So I heard there's a hurricane coming my way. Hurricane Irene. I live in Maine, so hopefully it won't be too bad, but people are expecting torrential downpours and heavy winds. So that will be fun. It should be here Sunday night into Monday morning I think. I'm actually kind of worried, honestly. I'm a baby about this stuff. :P

But I'll write again, either before the hurricane or sometime after if I still have power. Hope everyone that has already been affected by it is doing alright, and hope people that haven't been hit by it are preparing for it. Bye bye! :3

Last Night Was Interesting

So I had to work last night and let me say, it was pretty interesting. When I got there, it looked pretty dead so I was like "oh cool I'm getting my root beer and sitting down then ;D" But then like 10 minutes later people came in which wasn't a big deal. But then they kept coming in, and coming in, and calling for takeout. AND THEN it started down pouring, thundering, and lightening outside.

So around 7:45ish I went downstairs to do dishes. I was getting ready to go upstairs around 8:00 when I stepped in a big puddle of water. Yup, the basement was flooding. So someone I work with came down and was like "holy shit!" because it was flooding by a freezer, and I was like "yeah it's worse over here" which was by the dishwasher. So we had to call our bosses in because my cousin was getting nowhere when she was trying to clean it up. So they cleaned it up in like 30-40 minutes.

Oh, but it doesn't end there. After I did all the dishes and shut everything off and cleaned up downstairs, I was taking the trash upstairs. I wasn't even halfway up the stairs when...a giant hole ripped in the bottom of the bag. So then there was food all over the stairs.

But now I need to get ready to leave because I'm working tonight too. I just wanted to write about my little work adventure, one of many anyways. So I'll write again sometime! Bye bye! :3

My sister's rat just died about 30 minutes ago, in my arms. I knew it was almost time, since she was acting weird and she was around 2 years old, but...I hate it when my pets die! :'( Even though she wasn't really mine, she might as well have been, since my sister is in California and I've been taking care of her rat. I'm gonna miss her.

Nonstop Work!

I have been working everyday for the past week! It's only 5-9 shifts but it's still pretty tiring when you never get the chance to sit down. Ever. I would've had yesterday and today off but someone quit on us and they were supposed to work yesterday and today. So I had to go in. Oh well, more money for me. ^.^

Before I start writing, I have a whole list of things to write about in my head, but when I start writing, I forget everything. It feels like I had a ton of things to write about, but I can't remember any of them. I feel like there's something hanging over my head, or like I need to get something off my chest. But I can't think of it! >:(

Been A Long Time!

Wow it's been awhile since I've written. I'm not very good at keeping blogs or journals to be honest, because my life is pretty boring. :P
Since my last blog I haven't been that busy at all. Yeah I have work, but I'm not there all the time. I've just been too lazy to write I guess.

I should probably go to bed soon, since it's 3:30AM, but for some reason, I'm not that tired. At all. It feels like 11:00 to me right now. And I have work today. I had one day off this week. Originally I had Thursday off but one of the newbies asked me to work for them. Not that I really mind it, because 1. I need the money, and 2. I have nothing better to do anyway.

On July 5th I got my wisdom teeth out. All I have to say is UGH! It's been 3 weeks and the left side is still bothering me a little bit. I think the dentist had a bit more trouble with the teeth on that side. I'm just glad the swelling is gone, I don't have to take meds anymore, and I can eat actual food now. I was pumped to eat jello and pudding, but then after about two days I actually kind of got sick of it. It was like, no matter how much pudding or jello I ate, I was always hungry.

I also started watching a new anime tonight. Clannad. I like it so far. I'm on episode 10. :D
I heard it's very sad though, and it actually had almost made me cry already. And I don't cry easily when it comes to shows or movies.

I feel like I had a ton to write about, but for some reason I can't think of anything. Maybe I'm more tired than I think. Hahahaha I guess I'll go to bed.

It's official..

I am officially a 2011 graduate of Telstar High School. Man, that feels good! :P
The ceremony was alright. The wind was blowing so people (including me) almost lost their cap. And it almost blew my sash thing off. And as it got later, the mosquitoes started to come out and chew on everyone. And that wasn't fun at all. :| As I type this, I am actually scratching a bug bite on the back of my leg vigorously.

But it's bedtime for me! I'll write again sometime! :3

Busy, busy..

I realized I have not written in this blog for about a month. That is because I have been extremely busy with school crap. But that all ends tonight because...I GRADUATE HIGH SCHOOL TONIGHT! I'm so excited, I can't wait to leave that dump. :P

This week I've been doing marching practice with my class so we can march right for graduation. It's pretty much pointless but there's a certain amount of days that we have to be in school and I guess this week counts. Wednesday was our senior class trip. We went to Canobie Lake Park in Salem, New Hampshire. It was awesome! I had so much fun! It was my first time going there ever. First time I've even heard of it to be honest. I went on a bunch of crazy rides. I was super pumped to ride a roller coaster that went upside down. I'll post the website if you wanna check it out.

My sister came up from California last Saturday. I've also been kind of busy making time to hang out with her since she leaves tomorrow. But a friend of hers came up from Indiana on Wednesday, and she's been hanging out with him ever since. On Monday I went to the beach with her and a couple of her friends, and that was super fun. Tuesday we hung out with our cousin until I had to go to scholarship night at my school and watch all the same people get up and get awards and scholarships. Wednesday was the class trip so I couldn't really hang out with her anyway. Thursday I saw her once, after the "Coming Together" ceremony. It's just some thing where we talk and some people sing, and then they play the senior slideshow. That was pretty boring until the slideshow. :P And then today I just got back from eating chinese with her and her man friend. That was kinda fun, not the same as Monday or Tuesday though.

Sad Day...

Sad news for this blog entry. My friend's mom died this morning of lung cancer. I feel so bad because I didn't get to say goodbye to her, since I was kind of close to her. We have some good memories, so I'll hold onto those, and I hope my friend and her family does the same. She will be missed dearly, and never forgotten.

Passed!

So if anyone has actually read all my posts, you would have seen something about a senior presentation that I was freaking out about. Well, I shall freak out no more, because I PASSED IT! I am so happy it's unbelievable. So much stress has been lifted away from me. I just need to pass all my classes, which shouldn't be too difficult (not going to get over confident though) and then I will graduate! So, frickin' pumped. :D

On another note, my grandfather was taken to the hospital last week because he broke his hip. But he's been doing great, he's supposed to be home already or going home very soon. So yayyy! :)

Happy Easter! And also...

It's my birthday today! First time my birthday has ever fallen on Easter. :P
I will be turning 19. Wooo!

I have an Easter dinner at my sister's to go to today. I wonder if they will throw a party for me too. Hmmm... :P
I really have no idea what to expect haha.

I FINALLY watched the first part of the 7th Harry Potter movie. I rented it. :P It has to go back today, which makes me kind of sad. :( Yes, I love Harry Potter. So there. :3

This isn't really important, like, at all, but I got my first work injury last night. I cut my finger on a knife, cutting up buffalo chicken for a pizza. I've been working there for almost a year, and I have never hurt myself until last night. I was pretty amazed because usually I can't go a day without hurting myself somehow.

Somewhat Busy Day

Today I woke up at noon. :D I was so happy, but then was like "oh crap" because my cousin's benefit started at noon. My cousin got into a snow machine accident about a month ago and she just got out of the hospital a few weeks ago. So her family probably have enormous bills to pay off. She was in the ICU for almost two weeks, and then there's the helicopter that took her to the hospital, paramedics, and the rest of her stay at the hospital after she got out of the ICU. So hopefully they gather enough money from these benefits.

And then after the benefit me and my dad went out to my sister's for a cookout. That was fun, we ate and then played pool until like 8:00. Me and my partner won. XD

I got a new laptop yesterday, because my school one decided to crash. I was not too impressed with that. So I have to turn that in to get it fixed, AGAIN. My second time this school year. I figured I probably wouldn't have a laptop for about a month, so I got a new one. And plus, after I have to give my laptop back to the school, I'll have one at home still. So yayyy. :D

But I've got nothing else to write about, so I'll write again sometime! :3

Snow In April, What Is This?

It's April, and it's snowing. Well, not anymore, it's sleeting now. And it's supposed to change to rain soon. Yayyy.

About my last blog, I didn't actually have to pull an all-nighter. So I'm pretty happy with that. However, I didn't get to sleep until about 2AM. So I got about 4 1/2 hours of sleep. Something like that. Oh well, I function better on 4 hours of sleep then I do with the 8 or 9 that I'm supposed to be getting every night.

Thursday was the stupidest day ever. I keep having to reschedule my senior presentation because of snow days and my procrastination with handing out invitations and crap. And it was supposed to be on Thursday, but I only had one person on my panel and you're supposed to have 4. So that didn't work out very well. So I have to reschedule AGAIN. Hopefully this will be the last time I reschedule it. I just want to get it over and done with. I am so sick of it, hanging over my head all the damn time.

But I just felt like writing, so hope everyone has a good day! :3

Next Time I Should Read The Damn Measurements More Closely

So I have been sick with a small cold since Thursday night. Tonight (Monday night), I took medicine for it, THAT I'VE TAKEN BEFORE. Couple hours later, it made me really dizzy (which has never happened before), so I sat on my bed for awhile and chilled. My dad leaves for work, which leaves me at the house by myself. I can't even remember what inspired me to get out of my bed, but I am SO GLAD THAT I DID.
The medicine I took said "take two TEASPOONFULLS." Well guess what? I misread a measuring cup thing in my house, and took two TABLESPOONS. Which is like 6 teaspoonfuls. :|
So that's why I got dizzy. Herp derp. So I call my dad like freaking out, cause I think I'm gonna die or something. So I'm trying to find stuff to do so I don't fall asleep, because I'll probably fall into a frickin coma or something. So yay for my insomnia! It actually saved me!

So yeah, this is the scariest night ever. I'll probably have to stay up all damn night, which sucks because I have been awake for almost 18 hours, so I am kind of tired. But whatever, I'd rather do an all-nighter than die so, here we go.

They Grow Up So Fast ;_;

I just realized how big my puppy has gotten in the 7 months that I've had her. She's almost 9 months and we got her when she was only 8 weeks. She's grown up so much. ;_;
And she's not even a year old yet. o_o
I'll post pictures after. :P

I'm actually in a really good mood right now. My dad and I just talked for like 3 hours, about everything. It felt pretty good, because me and my dad don't talk that much about anything. But for some reason we did today, and I'm glad we did. :D
And I talked to my social worker today at school and got a bunch of stuff that I've been thinking about off my chest. I was failing one of my classes because, in the words of the teacher, "She doesn't do anything." Yeah, okay. So I talked to him today and told him I passed something in that he thought I didn't. And I really did pass it in, he just lost it. Shocking. :|

MY TEETH HURT. Like, the way back ones. Every time I eat it's like a nightmare. I can barely handle the pain. I have a dentist appointment in like 2 weeks so I'll have to mention it. My teeth are probably rotting out of my head. :|

Drawing!

I'm starting to get back into drawing again. I don't know why I stopped in the first place, but oh well. I think it's because I was getting bored cause all I could draw were like, head shots of people. But now for some reason, I'm getting inspired to practice hands and other things like that. I drew a picture the other day, and it came out a lot better than I expected it to. And if you're wondering, I only draw anime. I've tried drawing a different way, like real people, but it did not work out. So, anime it is. :D
I'll post the picture I guess, so you people can see it. And probably laugh at it because you can draw better than me. Oh well. :P

I know there are some things in this picture that could be improved greatly, but I'll leave that for when I get better and I'll redraw it. The hands came out A LOT better than I expected though, so I was pretty happy with that.

Alrighty I'm probably gonna do something productive! Actually, probably not, but oh well. I'll write again sometime! :3

It's really cold in my room, so I've pretty much cocooned myself in a blanket. Actually it's not cold because I have my heat up to 70 but I am cold for some reason. I'm always cold. :(
It's almost 12:30AM and I am bored but I'm not really tired. Maybe I'll watch Trigun some more. I'm only on episode 14. :O

I feel like I had a lot more to write about but I can't remember. Actually I am kinda tired, because I plugged my headphones into my laptop and, before I put the headphones on my ears, I was confused because I couldn't hear my music anymore.

I think I was going to write about my day at work, but I don't feel like it. Mostly because all I'll do is complain about people that don't do their job. And I already did that with my cousin tonight so it's out of my system already. And also, I have been getting random pains all over my stomach. And I've been getting nauseous. :\
So I don't know what my problem is.

But I'm probably going to bed. Because writing this made me tired.

Winter Carnival week is fun

This week at my school has been Winter Carnival week. Everyday is a different day, so we can dress up different each day.

Monday - Fashion Police day (or Tacky Day)
Tuesday - Twin Day
Wednesday - Music Genre Day (Freshman - Disco, Sophomores - Rap, Juniors - Punk, and Seniors - Country. I am a senior so I dressed the complete opposite of what I normally do. Also, my sister said I looked like Jessie from Toy Story 2. I'll post a picture after I'm done writing. :P
Thursday - Movie Character Day
Friday - Spirit Day (wooo.) :|

Even though it's been fun, I've been really stressed out over my senior presentation. I had to reschedule it because one of the members of my panel wasn't available today after school. So that's fun. Not. :|
Oh well. My fault for procrastinating on handing out invitations, I guess. I'm not fully done with it anyway, so I'm actually kind of relieved I have to reschedule it. So, yay something positive came out of it!

I've been watching the anime Trigun, because I have never seen it all the way through. I love it. :D I watched it back when it was on TV but they took it off and made me sad. :(

My senior presentation is in 3 days. There are times when I'm really worried about it, and other times when I couldn't care less about it. So this should be interesting.

It's been over 10 years and he still hasn't gotten any Trix. He must be pretty frustrated.

I originally had a day off from work today, but my boss asked me last night if I could go in today. One of the workers broke her finger or something and it was making her slower than usual. And she's new so she's already slow to begin with, but that finger is slowing her down even more so, yeah. So now I have to work tonight for her. Oh well, I have nothing better to do I guess.

Stress = Gone

Well, pretty much anyway.
The last week, I have been stressed out because I was terrified that I wasn't going to pass my US History 3 class (I hate History). And I was so stressed out about it because if I didn't pass it then I pretty much was not going to graduate this year. But my history teacher told me today that I passed it so WOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO!!!! It made my entire life. Maybe my stomachaches and nausea will go away now.
The past few days I have been having nausea and stomachaches, and I didn't know what they were from, but they were probably just stress related. So yay, I'm so happy! :D:D:D

But I still have my Anatomy class to worry about (I hate Science too). Well I guess not really hate Science. I like it, I'm just not good at it. There we go. And I also have my senior presentation to worry about.

Senior presentation. Oh, you kill me. What a senior presentation is, because I know all schools don't do them because my school is dumb, is you pick a topic when you're a sophomore. It's actually a summer assignment for English. You pick a topic that has opposing sides and whatnot (for example: abortion or animal abuse are common ones), then you do a 8-12 page paper on it your junior year. Then your senior year things get interesting. You start working on the actual presentation, which is a pain in the ass by the way. The presentation has to be between 15-45 minutes. Not under 15 minutes and not over 45 minutes, or you fail. And before you present, you need three teachers and an underclassman on your "panel" to watch your presentation, which happens after school. They grade you based on pretty much everything. And if you pass then, WOOT! If you fail, you need to do it again.

I probably didn't really cover most of it but that's pretty much the gist of it. My presentation is on February 17, 2011. I am really nervous. ;_;

But, I am cleaning out my closet because I haven't since like May, so buh bye! :3

Half Day!

Last blog I wrote I was pumped about a snow day, this time I am pumped about a half day that my school had today. They decided to let us out early because of some huge storm we're supposed to get today. I was gonna come home and go right back to bed, but I got in a really good mood, which made me not tired. Oh well, I'll probably crash in like an hour or two. Usually what happens. :P

Nothing has been happening worth writing about so that's why I haven't been blogging as much as I used to. Waiting for something exciting to happen. :D

First Snow Day!

Yesterday my school had a snow day. It was pretty awesome, even though I didn't sleep in. And that was not awesome. I went to my friend's house because I haven't been there since her birthday which was in September. I've been working too much. :P
But it was pretty fun. We went to bed at like 8:00 but I slept like crap. It was like I never got past the first stage of sleep. And it felt like I woke up every hour. And we had to get up at 5:30AM. :|
I hate getting up early. Especially if I get no sleep. Or not enough sleep. So I've been kind of tired today.

Yeah, I just wanted to blog because I haven't in a little over a week. So, I'm done now. :3

Cookies In My Cookie Jar!

I got a cookie jar at a Christmas party I went to a couple weeks ago that came with a box of cookies. But, I ate them all, so the jar was empty and it looked sad. :(
But I bought some cookies today and now it has some cookies in it again! OM NOM NOM!

2011

2010 is over. I still can't believe it, it feels like it just turned 2010. A lot of things happened in 2010, some good, some bad. But I'm not going to list anything because I can't remember everything that happened. :P

All the snow from two blogs ago is pretty much melted. Yay! Maybe spring will come early! *sigh* I wish.

On Thursday I get my new schedule and get my check. I bet it's gonna be a big one. It better be since I've been working everyday since last Monday. And I finally get some days off! Yay! My feet are killing me. When I get to work, it feels like I never even left. However, I might have work off, but I have to go back to school. :|

I think I need a new phone. Last night I was texting my friend and it froze, which isn't very unusual. So I took the battery out and when I put it back in my phone and tried turning my phone back on, it wouldn't turn on, which is quite unusual. I've had this phone for like 3 years. I think it's time for a new one. :P
